Oktoberfest T Shirt

As Pretoria's original Oktoberfest and an annual fundraising event for the Deutsche Internationale Schule Pretoria, we receive a large number of applications every year. Unfortunately, due to limited space and programming, we are unable to accommodate every applicant.

Our selection process considers a variety of factors, including:

A professional, neat and high-quality presentation
Products, services or performances that complement the Oktoberfest experience
Quality, uniqueness and overall suitability
Variety across our market and entertainment offering
Alignment with our visitors and event theme
Operational and logistical requirements
Limited space and programme availability

Please note that not being selected does not necessarily reflect on the quality of your products, services or performances. In many cases, we receive several excellent applications within the same category and are simply unable to accommodate everyone.
